Get to it. I highly recommend this dealership and team. Christine was great to work with for the sale. Now the whole story. I purchased an Ineos Grenadier over the phone and online. The sale went very well. I had my questions answered up front and agreed on a hold amount. I flew down to do a final walk through, paperwork and to drive it before purchase. My flights got way messed up and the sales team took the stress out of it and made sure I was able to get to the dealership. They picked me up at the airport transported meet me to the lot. All my questions were answered and the test drive was great. Everything was smooth and I had ample time to make the decision, get questions answered, and received a great handoff. The service department had some additional items added I asked for and ready to go before I even arrived on the lot. 5 stars all day.

Excellent service from all at the dealership for our new purchase. Everyone from the Dealer Principal, the GSM, Salesman and Business office were all genuinely engaged. Our trade was fairly valued and we were taken care of like an extended family. I'd not hesitate to buy from them again.

My wife and I test drove a Grenadier and immediately purchased one. The whole experience at the Colorado Springs store was fast , easy and everyone was super nice and accomodating. Friendly and accommodating! We were given the Grenadier overnight to test drive at our leisure (we drove 4 hours to do this) Honestly, it is what sold us on the truck! We drove through the Garden of the Gods (curvy roads) and parallel parked in Manitou, and experienced the truck in real life situations. We purchased a Chevy Colorado almost a year ago and continue to be very pleased with the vehicle itself. However, our experience with the dealership, particularly with our salesman Rick, has been disappointing. Rick’s conduct during and after the sale was unprofessional and demeaning. He frequently made unnecessary comments that came across as childish and condescending. Anytime we asked something or made any comments, he would go out of his way to try and make us feel stupid for asking. It was truly ridiculous. This detracted significantly from our buying experience. Additionally, we encountered several issues that remain unresolved. We were overcharged by $25 due to an error in the amount Rick instructed us to get a cashier’s check for. Despite reminding Rick twice, he has been dismissive and unhelpful, making arrogant remarks and failing to follow through on his promises. Nearly a year has passed, and we still have not received the overpayment refund. While it may be only $25, that was our money, and they wouldn’t let that slide if we were $25 short. The same expectations are appreciated. As part of our agreement, we returned the second set of keys for our trade-in vehicle and were promised that the chipped paint on our new truck would be fixed. Rick’s attempt to address the paint issue was inadequate and unprofessional, leading to the scratches and chips reappearing within two weeks. While we appreciate the quality of the vehicle and have had a better experience with another salesperson, Rick’s behavior and the dealership’s lack of follow-through on these matters have been very disappointing. We hope Red Noland will address these issues promptly and send the overdue refund. Thank you.

I went to Red Noland INEOS dealer to tes drive a Grenadier. I connected with Craig on the sales team. He accommodated my tight schedule. I must say the vehicle demo Craig provided to me was by far the most thorough one a dealer has offered to me. Ever. Craig is a very good representative and thoroughly knowledgeable. A rarity these days. He was able to speak at a technical level to my questions. That is, he did not just regurgitate the fact sheet. I did not purchase the vehicle because the warranty coverage does not recover a vehicle disabled by breakdown to a dealer if you are out of state. This would result in a 600 mile tow for me from where I live. I will say that when INEOS expands their dealer network or resolves the recovery issue I’ll probably buy one and I’ll be looking for Craig when I do.

Grenadier is awesome! LeNita and the team were outstanding. They worked to communicate and organize timing and delivery. Overall I was very pleased.

I reserved my 2024 Grenadier Fieldmaster in April 2022 and picked up the vehicle in April 2024 and I couldn't be happier with the choice. It was so worth the wait. Rick kept me informed all along the way in terms of progress on delivery of the vehicle. Rick, Deon, Chris, Dakota, Angela and the rest of the Red Noland team (Colorado Springs CO) made this easily the most enjoyable vehicle purchase and handover in my life - and I love buying cars. I really hate going to car dealerships and purchasing vehicles. I recently purchased a Ineos Grenadier from Red Noland. I really enjoyed working with Craig Barela and Chris Maynard, it was not brutal, like my previous experiences, buying a car. They gave the individual detail to the vehicle, and what I was looking for. They bent over backwards and their customer service, and it is the best customer service I have ever seen. The Red Noland dealership and its team are killing it! I also love my Grenadier.

I put in a note to them, and a day later we were in the Springs test-driving it. They helped us line up financing and we bought the car the same day. We picked it up two days later after they detailed it and made sure everything was working well. Really happy with the price, the service, and the attention they gave to us. We were expecting the entire situation to be a drawn-out nightmare but it was exactly the opposite.

My experience at Red Noland purchasing my Grenadier was great. My sales associate, Christine, is very knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Scott has put together a great team for Ineos Grenadier! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I was an out of State buyer, with a little bit of apprehension on buying a vehicle sight unseen. Greg, Rick, and their team were PATIENT and spent as much time as I asked for to respond to questions I had. When I finally did make the purchase, they picked me up at the airport, and the entire experience with comfortable and seamless. Absolutely awesome! My interactions with multiple staff members at Red Noland have all been fantastic. From my sales consultant, Rick to the GM, Chris, and working with finance with Jon, all were superb. I never once felt pressure from anyone I worked with, I was treated with respect, and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of and happy. This was the first time I ever used Red Noland but from the experience I've had so far, it definitely won't be the last.
