We want to make servicing your new Grenadier as convenient as possible.

Red Noland INEOS Grenadier currently has Service Loaners and a pick up and delivery program available for when your new Grenadier requires service.

important information about servicing your grenadier

Your Grenadier is "required" to be serviced at 1 year, regardless of miles, or at 12,000 miles for "normal" use.

We recommend cutting that interval in half due to our climate. Therefore we recommend servicing your Grenadier every 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever occurs first.

In order to assist you, we offer the following options:

While You Wait Service

We will perform the required maintenance on your vehicle while you wait in our showroom or will provide you a private office to work in while you are here.

Shuttle Wait Service

Drop off your Grenadier and we will provide a complimentary shuttle to and from your home or office.

Shuttle Wait Service

We will provide no charge pick-up and delivery within 100 miles

Pick Up & Delivery for a fee with Loan Car

We do have a fleet of Grenadier loaners and other makes - we cannot guarantee a Grenadier

300 + miles will require an overnight trip, rates to be discussed per event

Note: Each visit will require two trips one to pick up the vehicle and a second to return it (example 112 mile trip one way pick up $125 drop off $125.)

*With complimentary or fee pick up & delivery the fuel and insurance is your responsibility

FIRST SIX MONTHS ONLY

Should your New Grenadier require a warranty related visit in the first 6 months of ownership we will provide no charge pick up and delivery.
